Hoy tendremos una sesión especial.
Aprovechamos los Crossfit Regionals para dar cabida a todos los miembros que decidan acercarse al Box. Tendremos clase desde las 10 de la mañana hasta del 14:00 y desde las 17 hasta las 21:00 que cerramos.
Y cada hora podremos albergar hasta un máximo de 45 personas para hacer el Famosísimo WOD del Memorial Day:
Murph
1mile Run
100 Pull ups
200 Push up
300 Air squats
1mile Run
Será necesario escribir un mail, solitando hueco o llamar al box y pagar 10 euros por cada visitante.
